After 8 days of reminders: Mine has become a small routine prompt more than anything. It nudges me to leave the house without making noise. Really pleased with it.
6:30 starts are normal at the kitchen. A loud phone alarm was unfair on everyone else, so this has been a really useful change.
After 18 days: Nothing fancy here, which is a compliment. Set the time, put it on, done.
