PRIVACY POLICY
Quieshh · Last updated 7 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Quieshh collects when you visit or buy from quieshh.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Quieshh operates the online store at quieshh.com, including all related content, features and services (the "Services"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Quieshh is the data controller of your personal information. You can reach us at any time at contact@quieshh.info.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf in order to provide the Services.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and phone number.
- Order and payment details — what you bought, your transaction history, and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment processors.
- Account information — your username, password and account preferences, if you create an account.
- Communications — the content of emails and contact-form messages you send us.
- Device and usage information — your IP address, browser and device type, and how you navigate the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Where it comes from
- Directly from you, when you order, create an account or contact us.
- Automatically, from your device when you browse the store.
- From our service providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising partners.
4. Why we use it
- To fulfil your order — process payments, arrange shipping, handle returns and exchanges, and keep you updated on your order.
- To run and improve the store — remember your preferences, fix problems, and understand which pages and products are useful.
- To communicate with you — answer your questions and provide customer support.
- For marketing — send you promotional emails if you have opted in, and show you relevant ads. You can opt out at any time.
- For security and fraud prevention — verify orders and protect the store against fraudulent or malicious activity.
- To meet legal obligations — keep the records tax and consumer-protection law requires.
5. Our legal bases (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract — to process and deliver the order you placed.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the store, prevent fraud and improve our Services.
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to keep records we are legally required to keep.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties that need it to deliver the Services:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Payment processors, to take payment securely.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising providers, where you have consented.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to defend our legal rights.
These parties may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country has an adequacy decision.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure how the store is used and, with your consent, support advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the banner on the site or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the store from working.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — to service your account, fulfil and support your order, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. Order records are typically retained for as long as accounting law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, so we ask you not to send sensitive or confidential information to us through unsecured channels.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format, or have it transferred to another provider.
- Objection and restriction — object to, or ask us to limit, certain processing.
- Withdrawal of consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that already happened.
- Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any of them. We may still send you service emails about your orders.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@quieshh.info. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time limits the law sets.
11. Children
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at contact@quieshh.info so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The revised version is posted on this page with an updated date. Where the law requires it, we will notify you of material changes.
Questions about your data? Email contact@quieshh.info — we reply within 1 business day.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Quieshh · Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when you use quieshh.com. They include important information about warranties and limits of liability, so please read them before you buy.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Quieshh. Quieshh operates this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Quieshh is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.
You confirm that the information you give us — email address, billing, payment and shipping details — is accurate, current and complete.
2. Our products
We do our best to represent our products accurately. Colours and appearance can still differ from what you see on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities per person, region or order at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted. If we cannot accept, need to change, or must cancel an order, we will contact you using the details you provided.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it — once an order is accepted we may not be able to change or cancel it. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which gives you 14 days from delivery to return an eligible item.
Products are sold for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, customs and import charges. Where required, taxes are shown at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and that you will pay the charges incurred, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or other events outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping Info page. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you — but if your parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal and statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
7. Intellectual property
The Services — including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by Quieshh or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any of the material without our prior written consent.
The Quieshh name and logo are our trademarks. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party tools and links
The Services may give you access to third-party tools and may link to third-party websites, which we neither control nor monitor. These are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and using them is at your own risk. Please review the terms and privacy practices of any third party before you engage with them.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Quieshh is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Quieshh. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Quieshh, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Quieshh.
10. Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display it. You confirm that your feedback is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it, and we may remove content we consider unlawful or objectionable.
12. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally information in the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after you have submitted an order.
13. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them:
- for any unlawful or malicious purpose, or to break any applicable law or regulation;
- to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of anyone else;
- to harass, abuse, defame or harm any person;
- to transmit false or misleading information, spam or unsolicited advertising;
- to impersonate any other person or entity;
- to upload viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
- to scrape, harvest or extract data, or to collect other people's personal information.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you have broken these terms.
14. Termination
We may end this agreement or your access to the Services at our discretion and at any time. You remain liable for any amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
Information in the Services is provided for general information only, and we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or useful. Except as expressly stated by us, and except where your statutory consumer rights say otherwise, the Services and all products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quieshh and its partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors, and those of Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services or any product bought through them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your mandatory consumer rights.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quieshh, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or of a third party's rights, or your use of the Services.
18. Severability, waiver and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Services, and replace any earlier agreements or versions.
19. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign them without notice to you.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
21. Changes to these terms
You can review the current version of these terms on this page at any time. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting an updated version here. It is your responsibility to check periodically. Where the law requires it, we will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
Questions about these terms? Email contact@quieshh.info — we reply within 1 business day.
